THE PLACE WHERE JULIUS CAESAR WAS KILLED (44 before Christ). 800 years afterwards there (Largo di Torre Argentina in Rome) was built a St Nicholas Church, known as “De calcarariis, and later “de’ Cesarini”. The Romanesque church of St Nicholas “in Baraggiola” near Borgomanero (Novara) has been restored.
